A．Pre-sale service

We will give technical advices to users, draw up investment programs, and assist users to finish equipment justification and model selection. Besides, we will assist users to plan and inquire the price of auxiliary works.   

 

B. During-sale service

After execution of contract, we will continue to negotiate and communicate with users to further identify users’ specific requirements and then communicate with using divisions or using personnel of users in order to ensure equipments provided for users can fully satisfy requirements of users.

 

C. After-sale service

We will communicate with users to learn about use of equipments after delivery. If there is any difficulty in use or any trouble in equipments, we will promptly arrange salespersons or technical personnel to contact you.
